At Dubble O, we work to get your orders shipped out as quickly as possible. Most orders placed on our website ship same business day or within 48 hours. In rare cases, there might be an additional delay of a day or two; these are mostly peak times. If your order will be delayed more than 72 hours, we will send an email notifying you of this delay.
We occasionally ship on weekends. If your order doesn’t ship on a weekend, it will ship no later than the following Tuesday. If for any reason we cannot ship your order by Tuesday, we will notify you via email explaining why we weren’t able to ship out within the promised time frame.
We use UPS and USPS for retail orders. If you want your order to be delivered by a different carrier, you must inform us in writing, after which we will provide you with a shipping quote. All orders shipped are assigned a UPS / USPS tracking number. When your order ships from our warehouse, we automatically dispatch an email to the email we have on file for you. This email will include your UPS / USPS tracking number and other necessary information.
For wholesale orders, our preferred carrier of choice is UPS. Most large orders ship via UPS Ground except otherwise instructed by the customer.
We offer different choices when it comes to shipping your order. Our standard shipping to anywhere in the US (50 states) is free. This shipping method does not guarantee delivery and we shall not be held responsible for non-deliverable orders. If you want guaranteed delivery and/or signature delivery, you must choose the applicable option during checkout.
