I have to keep it around, so I also have minced in the fridge, fresh on my spice shelf, powder on the stove, and now this granulated version on reserve. I ran out of granulated about a week ago and have missed it, despite my other supplies. It’s great for rice in my instant pot. Granulated garlic works perfectly with the pressure cooker. The powder tends to fade away, and minced or fresh is harder to measure. I used this in black rice with dried chives to complement some Indian prepared dishes for dinner recently; it turned out wonderfully.

The garlic powder fills the container to the brim. After experiencing the blandness of many store spices, I now prefer ordering my spices from other sources. Thus far, from this brand, I’ve tried the basil, oregano, and now the garlic. Their quality and taste exceed store-brand spices. The garlic aroma is quite strong and flavorful. The lid has two openings for pouring or shaking spices. I give it my recommendation.
